We'd love to hear your commissioning experiences - please email us your casebook entry. The following headings are only suggestions, but will help other readers get an understanding of how you approached a commissioning problem.
We are particularly looking for cases highlighting unwarranted variation in healthcare, as part of the DH Right Care programme.
- Brief title for the case (e.g. the situation or intervention)
- Setting (e.g. PCT, SHA, academia, HPA etc.) and year(s) work was carried out
- Clinical pathway / work area (if relevant, e.g. musculoskeletal)
- The problem/situation you faced
- What you did in the situation
- What happened as a result / the outcome
- Any learning as a result of the experience
- Web link to any supporting material (optional, e.g. full report, paper)
